Remember to leave a bleed of 1/10th (0.1″) around all edges, and to keep any text and crucial design elements at least 1/8″ (0.125″) away from the finished edge of the card.
The finished size of a greeting card is measured with the card folded in half, so your document size will be double that, plus 0.2″ for bleeds.
